Research multiple shows in your area and weigh the pros and cons like audience size, price, entertainment, target audience, advertising opportunities, digital presence, etc.
Be confident in your decision to buy booth space and then knock it out of the park with branding! Create a checklist of everything you need to limit decision time and create more execution time. It take months of preparation to successfully bring in 100s of leads!

BRANDING - Consistency attracts buyers. Here’s what you need:

Step-and-Repeats (Fabric Walls)
Retractable Banners
Promo Items and Giveaways (Coolers, Koozies, Pens, Bottles, etc.)
Sales Information (Brochures, Business Cards, Flyers, etc.)
Marketing Video and/or Branded Audio
ABOVE AND BEYOND - Think outside the box!
Promote your presence on social media and through the show’s channels online. Let your customers know you’ll be there!
Have samples of your product that people can touch.
Multiple TVs with videos that show your product.
People love games. Get their info and have them play!
Show up early and be the first booth ready. Businesses at other booths are your customers too.
Think outside the box and STAND OUT!
MARKETING STRATEGY - Ask these questions to plan for success:
What will people say? Practice your pitch.
Will you have a special offer? Prepare a flyer.
Will you collect information? Make it easy for people to use your device or scan a QR code.
Doing a giveaway? Display it LOUD. Get their info to sign up.
What will you do with their info? Be ready for email and phone campaigns immediately after the show.
